Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
3 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a large nonstick skillet, cook the cilantro and garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add the potatoes; cook until tender and lightly browned.
Drain, sprinkle with salt, enjoy.
