Ingredients:
3 1/3 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon heavy cream
3 tablespoons brandy or 3 tablespoons cognac
1 teaspoon brandy or 1 teaspoon cognac
1 tablespoon brewed coffee
2 teaspoons brewed coffee
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups angel food cake, chunks
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup marshmallows
12 honey wheat pretzel sticks
Directions:
combine chocolate, cream, brandy, coffee and cinnamon in a fondue pot over a low flame.
Heat until melted, stirring occasionally.
Serve at once.
