Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breasts ( bite size pieces)
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup potato chips, crushed
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except the last three (potato chips, cheese and paprika topping).
Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle potato chips, cheese and paprika over the casserole.
Bake at 350 for about 30-45 minutes, or until bubbly.
Can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated.
Sprinkle on the topping right before baking.
