Ingredients:
0.5 (1 kg) bag frozen hash browns ( not the patties, the loose stuff)
1 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (10 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom & garlic soup, undiluted
1/2 onions, minced
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese ( I prefer the ‘old’ kind)
1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large oven proof bowl. Mix thoroughly, cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
