Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups soymilk lite
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
4 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk and oil.
While it is sitting mix the other ingredients together.
Add the flour, salt, and baking powder and eggs to the milk and mix.
Pour onto a hot griddle and cook until done, flipping once.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
