Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 onions, sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Moisten breadcrumbs with milk.
Add meat and form into 4 patties.
Season with salt and pepper.
Brown patties in oil.
Add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, and onion.
Cover and cook 10 minutes.
Serve immediately on hamburger buns.
