Ingredients:
2 cups mixed berries ( like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
1 cup plain yogurt or 1 cup dessert tofu
1 ripe bananas
1/2-1 cup apple juice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and whirl away.
Start with 1/2 cup apple juice then add more juice to get the desired thickness.
