Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups long-grain rice, cooked and chilled
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 lime juice ( fresh is best)
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup green grapes, seedless
Directions:
Whisk yogurt, sugar and lime juice until smooth.
Slice grapes in half.
Combine berries with a light toss, add rice and toss.
Add yogurt mixture to rice-fruit mixture and toss again.
