Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons butter
1 lb lean steak, cut in thin strips or 1 lb hamburger
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms or 1/2 cup canned mushrooms
1 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
1 cup sour cream
parsley ( to garnish)
paprika ( to garnish)

Directions:
Saute onion and butter in skillet.
Add and saute beef until cooked through.
Add flour, spices, and mushrooms.
Simmer for 5 min.
Add soup and water.
Simmer for 10 min.
REMOVE FROM HEAT and stir in sour cream.
Add parsley and extra paprika for garnish.
Serve over noodles, pasta, rice or serve as a main dish by itself.
Easy and fast!
