Baked Garlic Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 ears corn, broken in half
salt and pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Add oil and garlic to a 13×9 inch glass baking dish, bake until oil starts to sizzle and remove.
Add corn, season with salt and pepper and turn to coat.
Cover tightly with foil, bake 25-30 minutes turning once.

Servings: 4-6
