Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1/4 avocados, cubed
1 green chili peppers, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons lime zest
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, onions, avocado, peppers, parsley, vinegar, lime peel, juice and cumin.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
