Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegan margarine or 2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon grated lemons, rind of
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans asparagus spears, drained
Directions:
In small saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in tarragon and lemon peel.
Simmer 2 minutes over low heat.
Pour over warmed asparagus spears.
