Ingredients:
1 frozen bananas
1 cup fresh pineapple
3/4 cup soymilk ( or 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup juice, i use mango-peach or white grape juice)
1 tablespoon honey (optional) or 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
Directions:
Blend all of the above ingredients in a food processor or blender for 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
You can add a couple ice cubes to the food processor or blender for a colder smoothie.
