Ingredients:
1 ripe bananas, frozen
1 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained-reserve juice,cold or frozen
1 cup milk
1/2 frozen strawberries
Directions:
Place everything, except reserved juice, in a blender and process until smooth.
Add juice as necessary to achieve a smoothie consistency.
Serve immediately.
