Ingredients:
5 large potatoes ( washed)
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups chicken gravy
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Bake the potatoes and when ready, mash them in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and keep mashing them until they are creamy. Serve topped with country gravy or gravy of choice.
