Ingredients:
3 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
4 cups corn flakes
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
In large mixer bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; continue beating until very stiff and glossy.
Fold in cereal.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake 14 to 16 minutes.
