Ingredients:
2 chopped carrots
1 chopped onions ( though I use more)
4 cans beans
4 cans broth ( chicken or vegetable)
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Sautee the onion and carrots in some cooking spray.
Add the broth, the drained beans, and the canned tomatoes.
Season with spices (add different things as the mood strikes you).
Simmer for 10 minutes.
