Ingredients:
2 cups corn
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon butter
6 thick pork chops
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) soup can water
Directions:
Mix the corn, bell peppers, celery, and butter together.
Cut pockets in the pork chops.
Stuff pockets with vegetable mixture.
Place chops into a casserole dish.
Pour soup with can water over meat.
Cover casserole with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
