Ingredients:
1 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon catsup
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard ( anything but the yellow stuff)
Directions:
Mix catsup, honey, and mustard.
Cover both sides of the chicken breast with the glaze and cook on a grill for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 165 degrees (F).
