Ingredients:
6 leg lamb chops, trimmed of fat
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons sherry wine
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 140 C.
Place meat in an oven dish.
Mix rest of ingredients and pour over.
Cover dish and bake in slow oven for 2 hours.
