Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
4 eggs
1 cup salad oil
2/3 cup water ( add last)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (15 ounce) cans pumpkin
1 cup sugar
3 -4 tablespoons cinnamon
1 (10 ounce) bags of chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together adding water last.
You can make loaves or muffins.
I then mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle (cover completely) on top of muffin and then add pecans and sprinkle with more cinn-sugar mixture lightly before I bake.
Bake for about 25 min or until done.
