Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) bags frozen hash browns
1 (10 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 ounce) containers sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bacon bits
1 (8 ounce) cans mushrooms

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).
In a very large bowl, mix all ingredients.
Pour into a casserole pan (sprayed with a non-stick spray).
Bake for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
