Ingredients:
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves fresh garlic, pressed or finely minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated or finely minced
4 cups sliced mushrooms
Directions:
Combine orange juice, zest, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a large nonstick skillet.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms.
Cook, stirring frequently, until most of the liquid is gone.
