Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk yogurt
1 pinch sugar-free fruit flavor drink mix ( peach seems to work best)
artificial sweetener (optional)
Directions:
Dissolve the soluble drink in the yougurt; don’t put too much because the yougurt might get too sour to eat- the mix should be very lightly colored.
Add sweetener to taste if needed.
