Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups flaked cooked fish
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 cup cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients to the hot rice and reheat for a few minutes.
