Ingredients:
6 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons ground saigon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2/3 cup pure maple syrup ( or less)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon maple extract
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in large baking dish.
Add wet ingredients and stir until completely combined.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
