Ingredients:
6 pork chops
flour
salt & pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1 onions, chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups long-grain rice
2 cans chicken broth
Directions:
Put rice into casserole dish.
Salt and pepper pork chops,flour.
Add oil to skillet.
Brown pork chops.
Remove pork chops to casserole dish.
Saute onions& mushrooms.
Add to pork chops.
Pour chicken broth over rice& pork chops.
Bake 350 for 1 hour or until rice is done,you can add more broth or water if needed.
