Ingredients:
3 cups pumpkin
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon nutmeg
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 pie crusts ( you’ll have some filling left over. I bake and make a pumpkin custard)
Directions:
Mix the first 8 ingedients (I use a hand held mixer).
Stir in melted butter.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 375 for 60 minutes or until set.
