Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
1 onions, chopped VERY fine
2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup progresso Italian breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried sweet basil leaves
1 dash salt
2 dashes black pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan-romano cheese mix
1 eggs, raw

Directions:
Mix everything and form into balls.
Brown them just a little bit and then put them in your tomato gravy.
Cook on low for a couple of hours.

Servings: 6

Time preparation: 30 min.

Time total: 150 min.
