Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons vinegar
Directions:
Place all ingredients into the ungreased cake pan. (Round or Square).
Mix thoroughly with a fork until well blended, and no clumps.
Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes. Top with sifted powdered sugar.
