Ingredients:
1 (30 ounce) bags frozen shredded hash browns ( thawed)
1/2 cup butter ( softened)
1/2 cup vidalia onions ( chopped)
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
16 ounces nonfat sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients, except hash browns, in a large bowl.
Add hash browns to mixture and stir well.
Place in a large baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until slightly brown.

Servings: 8-12

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 70 min.
