Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice, cooled
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 (13 1/2 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
Mix together the rice, sugar, pineapple and vanilla.
Stir in the marshmallows and cherries.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
