Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 cup soymilk
2 tablespoons molasses or 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
7 slices whole wheat bread
2 teaspoons oil
Directions:
Mash bananas in a bowl.
Add soy milk, molasses or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
Stir well.
Soak bread slices in mixture. Fry in lightly oiled skillet. Lightly brown both sides.
Top with your usual french toast toppings.
