Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons water
1 cup fresh cranberries ( washed and cut in half)
Directions:
Sift top ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add orange juice, water, and cranberries. Stir until mixed completely.
Bake in Pam sprayed bread pan for 1 hour at.
350F. Turn out bread and cool.
