Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets, thawed
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 ounces thin spaghetti
1 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet.
Add broccoli and garlic; cook.
4 minutes.
Stir in chicken; cook 4 minutes or until chicken is hot.
Stir in lemon juice,seasonings, tomatoes and pasta; toss well.
Top with cheese.
Serve immediately or chill and serve as a salad.
