Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 -2 onions, finely sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar ( red-wine vinegar is okay)
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Directions:
Place in saucepan, put the lid on and cook over very low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring often.
Done when onions are soft and clear.
