Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onions, chopped fine
1 lb ground turkey
1 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
salt and pepper
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup water
Directions:
Saute celery, green pepper, garlic and onion in olive oil.
Add ground turkey and brown.
Stir in tomatoes, rice, seasonings and water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
