Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
1 tablespoon flour
1 small onions ( MINCED)
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
20 ounces frozen chopped spinach
salt & pepper
Directions:
Take 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan on medium heat.
Saute onion for 5 minutes or until soft.
Set aside. Then take remaining butter, garlic salt, soup, flour, salt and pepper in saucepan and stir until smooth.
Add onions and spinach.
Serve immediately.
