Ingredients:
2 cups ripe bananas
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
3/4 cup yoghurt
Directions:
Mash bananas and place in blender with evaporated milk and lime juice.
Add yoghurt and continue to blend for a further 30 seconds.
Spoon or pour into 4 ( 1/4 cup) serving glasses or dessert bowls. Chill.
