Ingredients:
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 (8 ounce) containers plain low-fat yogurt or 1 (8 ounce) containers low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 jar prune baby food
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
3 cups oats ( I used 1/2 quick and 1/2 old fashioned)
1 cup dried cranberries or 1 cup raisins

Directions:
Heat oven to 350*.
Mix sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk, prunes and vanilla.
Combine all other ingredients with these.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
Cut into bars, store tightly covered.
