Ingredients:
6 small zucchini
1 1/2 cups peeled chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup bread cubes
parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven 450F.
Simmer zucchini till barely tender; drain.
When cool, split in half and scoop out.
Fry bread cubes till crisp.
Mix with tomatoes.
Stuff zucchini; sprinkle with cheese.
Pop in oven till bubbly.
