Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
2 scallions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl just until blended.
Shape into four patties.
Spray a grill rack with nonstick spray and grill the burgers until done. (165 degrees).
5 Points per serving (1 burger).
