Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons paprika
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a small saucepan cook the spices in oil until they begin to sizzle-medium high heat.
Cook for 2 minutes.
In a medium bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour spice mixture over this and stir until well combined.
Makes 1/2 cup.
