Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onions, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2-1 cup sauerkraut
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Brown ground beef with the onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in desired amount of sauerkraut and heat through.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Heat gently and serve on dark buns.
