Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) cans salmon
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 ounces cream cheese
corn flake crumbs
Directions:
After deboning and draining the salmon, mix together the first 6 ingredients.
Form into a ball.
Roll into the corflake crumbs.
Chill, over night is best.
Serve with crackers.
