Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns ( diced style)
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese ( I usually use cheddar)
1/4 cup corn flake crumbs ( add on top at end)
Directions:
Grease 9″x13″ pan.
Layer ingredients in above order.
Bake for one hour at 350 degrees covered.
Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes with cornflake crumbs on top.
