Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat milk
6 ounces diet root beer
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
3/4 cup ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Place all in a blender or food processor.
