Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:
1 package onion soup mix
1/4 cup oil ( olive or vegetable)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 chicken breast halves ( 2 lbs, bone-in)
1 lb potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
2 carrots, sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F degrees.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl, and toss until coated.
Arrange chicken (meat side up) and vegetables in a 13×9 roasting pan.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until chicken and veggies are done (baste once or twice).

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 60 min.
