Ingredients:
4 lbs beef short ribs with bones
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 cup chopped rhubarb
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup chili sauce
3/4 cup rose wine
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Place ribs in a 9×13-inch pan; add 3/4 cup water, sprinkle with seasoned salt and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for two hours.
Combine rhubarb, soup mix, honey, chili sauce, wine, 1/3 cup water, basil and pepper in a saucepan.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Pour over ribs.
Bake, uncovered, another 30 minutes, basting several times.
