Ingredients:
4 -6 skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sherry wine
Directions:
Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oil, pepper and sherry.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Marinate 4 hours or overnight.
Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
Note: adjust the soy sauce amount to taste, as it can make the chicken taste salty.
